La Juderia

La Judería is a modern Spanish restaurant. Yet, it still offers traditional dishes such as roast lamb and cazuela de arrozm, as well as a variety of fresh seafood selections. A stylish Seville restaurant.

Reservations are recommended.

Les Petxines
type: Mediterranean
Address: Verdaguer 16

Her food varies with the season, her inspiration, and the availability of ingredients in local markets, but you can always expect superlatively fresh fish and shellfish ( petxines in Catalán) after which the restaurant is named. Her best example includes several versions of fish soup, some of them with a confit of lemons and shrimp-stuffed ravioli, a ragout of fish and shellfish that's extremely succulent. Meat-eaters appreciate the flavorful versions of pigeon, one of them stuffed with foie gras, that sometimes appear on the menu.
